Le Grand Gîte

2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 (+ baby)

Le Grand Gîte was once a barn and has been completely renovated to give spacious and well appointed facilities on two floors, allowing for up to 5 people (+ baby) to be accommodated. Additional people will not be accepted.

The main entrance from the terrace leads to the large living/dining area with beams and imposing central wooden staircase leading to a galleried landing. It retains many original features.

The Lot Tourist Board has awarded the gite '3 ‘étoiles’ .

Ground floor

The lounge has comfortable chairs around a large wood burning fireplace and additional seating around the television area. The dining area has French windows opening on to a secluded south-west facing terrace with lavender bushes and shaded by fig trees.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes:
• Full-sized cooker • Dishwasher • Washing machine • Fridge-freezer • Microwave

• Free internet access via wifi or ethernet cable

The spacious south-east facing covered terrace has a table and chairs with sunloungers and views overlooking the rolling hills.

First floor
Bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and WC.
Second bedroom with twin beds, built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom.
Mezzanine with a single bed, built-in cupboards, separate WC/basin and built-in wardrobe.

The gite has gas central heating.
